Dear paper writers, consider using \𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘦[𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗿𝗲𝗳=𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲]{𝘩𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘧} instead of simply \𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘦{𝘩𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘧} to make it easier for a reader to jump to the references and back.

Check out @filipcou@twitter.com's work below! It gives very important insight on the “residuals” of SBM inference on real data.
We use posterior predictive model checking — an important, but rarely used approach in network science.
The results are indicative of future modeling directions.

@thezedwards@twitter.com For non-search tracker blocking (eg in our browser), we block most third-party trackers. Unfortunately our Microsoft search syndication agreement prevents us from doing more to Microsoft-owned properties. However, we have been continually pushing and expect to be doing more soon.

There’s just nothing we can do
I have mixed feelings about such hyper-realistic illustrations.
They look nice, but don't really have much more to do with reality than a diagrammatic representation. In fact, the latter is arguably less misleading, since it's obviously conceptual.

Protons are not fundamental particles, but dynamical systems made of quarks and gluons. What a proton looks like depends on 2 quantities: the momentum at which you probe (Q^2) and the fraction of the proton momentum carried by each quark or gluon inside the proton (x) 1/6
